AthlONline App - Athlon FitClub

This policy explains what information the AthlONline App ("the app", "we", "us") collects, why we collect it, how it is stored, and the choices you have. Athlon FitClub operates the app for its members and staff.

Who we are

Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to run your gym membership and give you access to the club:

• Identity and contact details: your name, email address, and phone number.
• Member photo: a profile photo taken at registration, used to identify you at the club.
• Membership and activity data: your membership tier, credits, bookings, class and PT attendance, and check-in records.
• Device security key: a cryptographic key stored on your device that authenticates your login and generates your check-in code. We never receive your device password or biometric data; those stay on your phone.

Staff members using the app also have work attendance records (clock in, breaks, clock out) stored in the same way.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your membership.
• To let you check in to the club, book classes and personal training, and view your workouts.
• To track your credits, cashback, and wallet balance.
• To identify you at the front desk.
• For staff, to record hours worked.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not use advertising networks or ad tracking.
• We do not run third-party analytics or behavioural tracking SDKs.
• We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing.

How your data is stored

Your data is stored securely in our Supabase database (hosted on infrastructure within the European Union). Access is protected by row-level security so that members can see only their own records. Member photos are held in a private storage bucket accessible only to authorised staff.

Data sharing

We use Supabase as our backend hosting and database provider, which processes and stores data on our behalf under their terms. We do not share your data with any other party except where required by law.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as you hold a membership with Athlon FitClub, and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see below).

Your rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to have your account removed. To do so, email admin@athlonfitclub.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The app is intended for gym members. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version and date are shown at the bottom of this page.
